To finally have this beer in the UK is a true event as the ‘spring beer’ (also known as Lentebier or Biere de Printemps) is usually only available in France, Spain or South America, so we are extra excited about this one!? The aroma is slightly floral with a hint of cherries. The taste is a very refreshing, almost palate cleansing experience which carries those aforementioned cherry notes along with some subtle spicing.
